Yesterday we tried something completely new. With Bonnie's guidance, we made fresh Vietnamese spring rolls that require no frying and are easy to assemble.

We started by preparing our filling of rice noodles, basil, cilantro, boiled bacon, shrimp and sprouts. |

Miah and Eternity shell some shrimp. |

Then we prepared the rice paper roll. |
|
Filled it with our chosen toppings, |
|
And rolled it up. |
|
To finish the meal, we added our homemade almond sauce. |
