Yesterday we tried something completely new. With Bonnie's guidance, we made fresh Vietnamese spring rolls that require no frying and are easy to assemble.
|We started by preparing our filling of rice noodles, basil, cilantro, boiled bacon, shrimp and sprouts.|
|Miah and Eternity shell some shrimp.|
|Then we prepared the rice paper roll.|
|Filled it with our chosen toppings,|
|And rolled it up.|
|To finish the meal, we added our homemade almond sauce.|
